Postponing the downtown portion of the O-Train has affected plans to expand a local arts building in Ottawa, city officials and local arts organizations say.
 

 
Throngs of teenagers wander around the room, laughing and yelling to each other, accompanied by live beats from a local hip-hop artist. No, it’s not a high school house-party, but a trip to the National Gallery of Canada.  

 
Satire is a common feature of Adrian Göllner’s art and in Win-Win, his current exhibition at the Ottawa Art Gallery, it targets economics and politics.  

 
If you’ve ever sat at your computer, music blaring through headphones clasped firmly to your ears, nerdishly making a mix CD and thought, “It would be so cool to be a DJ,” your time may have come… but only if you own an iPod.
